This is similar to acropathy. This will increase stamina, strength, speed, and ferocity. This technique requires the ability to sustain a ki flare. Easiest to use if user is naturally athletic and ferocious.
To do this do a ki flare. Then condense it all into your body. You must be able to visualize the ki flame while doing whatever it is so it can be sustained. Once you stop concentrating it will start to dissipate.
This is harder. You must concentrate the energy into just one spot. This is difficult because it can be a lot of ki. In theory this could be used to create super strong arms or extremly fast legs.
Once done you will feel as if you used all the energy it would have taken to do that.
