The power to harness and develop all acrobatics and parkouric moves and being able to have enhanced stamina. This ability could also be labeled Psychically Enhanced Agility.

To do this takes alot of practice first you have to see someone doing a move then you have to copy that move. For instance if you see someone doing a double kick you have to believe in yourself that you can do it too.

There are three things to do to gain this ability
